The re -submittal for the Safeway Fuel Sales @ Drake Crossing Shopping Center was received by the
Current Planning Department on June 6th. Based on the City's standard 2-week turnaround for project re -
submittals, we have scheduled this item for staff review on Wedesday morning, June 21st. We invite you
to be here at 11:00 a.m. and be part of the discussion. At this meeting we will determine if the proposal is
ready to be scheduled for the required administrative public hearing or if another round of review is
necessary. It is likely that we will be able to schedule a public hearing.

I wanted to touch base and make sure you received our 2nd Planning
Submittal which we submitted to the City on 6/6/06. When can I expect
to hear from the City regarding this resubmittal?
