Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522 Attention: Glen Schlueter Re: Drainage & Erosion Control Letter for Tract B Drake Crossing Shopping Center Dear Glen: On Behalf of Safeway Inc., we would like to re -state that Tract B, Drake Crossing Shopping Center, PUD, City of Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado does not require the re - issuance of a drainage report. We have compared the proposed site plan to the existing site plan and have the following results: The total site area 49,407 SF Existing Site Impervious Area 26,406 SF Proposed Site Impervious Area 23,243 SF 'The proposed Safeway fueling facility will decrease the impervious area from the existing site conditions by 3,163 SF* In Summary, by reducing the impervious areas on the site by 3,163 SF the 100-year flows have been reduced from that of the historical flows for this site If there are any questions or comments please contact me.
