February 4, 2004
On Wednesday, February 25, 2004, from 6:30 to 8:00 p.m., at Blevins Junior High
School, 2101 South Taft Hill Road, the City of Fort Collins Current Planning Department
will conduct a neighborhood meeting to discuss a development proposal in your
neighborhood. The project is known as Drake Crossing Shopping Center, Fort Collins
Carwash, Wireless Telecommunications Facility, File #35-96C.
This is a request for installation of a 65' stealth monopole and a 240 square foot equipment
shelter attached to the existing carwash building. The site is located north of Drake Road,
south of Valley Forge Drive, east of Hampshire Road, and west of Taft Hill Road. The
property is zoned NC — Neighborhood Commercial.
The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from
official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home
occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property
owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend. If you are unable to attend
this meeting, written comments are welcome.
