P & Z Approval: 4/5/01
Waiting for the Utility Plan mylar's. The Development Agreement is with
the applicant for review.
Mulberry Lemay Crossing 2"d filing
P & Z Approval: 12/7/00
Development agreement is with the developer for review, sent to them on
June 6, 2001. Have utility plan mylars with partial signatures, waiting for revised
mylars to resign and complete approval process. They have changed the
alignment of an on -site stormwater pipe and need to modify the plans to reflect
the change.
Waterfield 2"d Filing
P & Z Approval: 5/4/00
Utility plans have been signed, the development agreement is with the
Developer pending the purchase of some of the development by the City's
Natural Resources Department. The applicant at the request of the Natural
Resources Department is hiring a consultant to look at the feasibility of a water
storage pond adjacent to the wetland area.
Oakridge Block 1, 2"d filing, Lots 2 and 3
P & Z Approval: 10/19/00
Utility plans are close to being finalized, awaiting offsite easements.

RE: STATUS OF PROJECTS ON THE LIST FOR MODIFICATION OF
FINAL APPROVAL
The following is a list of the 4 projects currently on the agenda for a three-month
extension of the condition of final approval requiring completion of utility plans
and execution of a development agreement. A brief summary of the project
status follows each item. The project list is divided into 2 categories:
1) INACTIVE - Project has not been active for 6 months or more, but the
P.U.D. is within 3 years from the date of final approval granted by the
Board. The utility plans and development agreement are not
completed for various reasons described in the project status
summary.
2) ACTIVE - P.U.D. is within 3-year approval time and the utility plan
approvals and development agreement completion are currently in
progress. Status is given in summary for each project.

STAFF REPORT
PROJECT: Modification of Conditions of Final Approval
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
This is a request to modify the condition of final PUD approval, which required
that the development agreement, final plans and final plat be executed prior to
the Aug 2, 2001 Planning and Zoning Board Meeting.
RECOMMENDATION: Approval
EXECUTIVE SUMMARY: Four PUDs have not been completed with the
condition of final approval, which required that the development agreement, final
plans and final plat be executed prior to the Aug 2, 2001 Planning and Zoning
board meeting.
Staff recommends that the Board modify this condition of approval, to require
execution of the development agreement, final plans and final plat prior to the
Nov 1, 2001 Planning and Zoning board meeting for the following projects:
Westbrooke PUD, Second filing
Mulberry Lemay Crossing, 2Id filing
Waterfield 2d filing
Oakridge Block 1, 2"d filing, Lots 2 and 3
