Box 580 Fort Collins, Colorado 80522-0580 RE: Mulberry and Lemay Crossings - Trip Generation Summary 561 leb2mps Dear Eric: Per your request, Krager and Associates has provided a revised Trip Generation Summary for the above referenced project. The revised summary, Table 1A, details the proposed land uses for Lot 1 and Lot 2. Table 1 A is shown below for your review. The Trip Generation Summary as used in the Traffic Impact Study is also shown below, for comparison purposes. As is shown in the tables, the proposed land uses for Lots 1 and 2 are projected to generate far fewer trips than assumed in the Traffic Impact Study. As a note, the High -turnover, Sit-down restaurants accounted for in Table 1 and the Traffic Impact Study are not included in this submittal. These will be developed at a later date. The projected trip generation from the proposed development plan, as presented in Table 1A, does not exceed the trip generation used in the Traffic Impact Study. In fact, the trip generation is much lower than previously anticipated. If you have any questions, please feel free to call me. Sincerely, J - /" Ann T. Bowers, P.E. Transportation Engineer
