Final Planed Unit Development (PUD) Re -Submittal
Dear Mr. Blanchard:
We are formally requesting a 30 day extension of the submittal deadline for the Final
Planned Unit Development ( P.U.D.) re -submittal of Mulberry and Lemay Crossings, Lot 2.
In the last 90 days we have been diligently pursuing resolution of all outstanding issues
surrounding this Final P.0 D. and its associated On -site Utility Plans. We have also been
responding to tenant inquines/comments and submitting our LOMR application to the
Federal Emergency Management Agency. All of this while awaiting the outcome of the
approval of the Mulberry and Lemay Crossings, Lot 1 Final P.U.D.; which, as you know.
is under appeal to the City Council.
Though we are requesting a 30 day extension we will make every effort to make this
submittal within 10 days.
We appreciate your consideration and approval of this extension request.
