In the last 90 days we have been diligently pursuing resolution of all outstanding issues surrounding this Final P.0 D. and its associated On -site Utility Plans. We have also been responding to tenant inquines/comments and submitting our LOMR application to the Federal Emergency Management Agency. All of this while awaiting the outcome of the approval of the Mulberry and Lemay Crossings, Lot 1 Final P.U.D.; which, as you know. is under appeal to the City Council. Though we are requesting a 30 day extension we will make every effort to make this submittal within 10 days. We appreciate your consideration and approval of this extension request.
