Keep in mind that Mark Goldberg has agreed to dedicate the necessary ROW and easements for the
Roundabout project, at no cost to the City.

Marc: Based on our phone call, let's approach this on two fronts. Go ahead and request that the ROW
for the Roundabout be shown on the replat. However, I'll continue discussions with Goldberg/Wal-Mart
just in case the replat is not approved and recorded before we need to start construction.
Thanks, Ron

Ron,
It is my understanding that the southern portion of the Walmart development site is going to be replatted.
The ROW plans for the Roundabout show a small portion of ROW needed in the southwestern corner of
the Walmart site. Construction easements most likely will also be needed. Should the ROW dedication
be shown as part of the replat, or should the replat be submitted without the ROW shown and we then
acquire this ROW independent of the replat? I don't know what the best method is for timing on the
Roundabout project or for meeting State requirements for ROW possession prior to project
commencement.
Please advise.
Thanks,
Marc
