The attached photographic mylars have incorporated the comments received to date along with
the one Planning and Zoning Commission condition of approval. They have been signed -by the
property owners and are ready for signature by the City and recording with the County.
Soon you will receive from Lucia Liley's office, the signed photo mylar copies of the Lot 2 Final Plat.
So that there is no confusion at the County Clerk's office, please record the Plat before recording
the Final P.U.D. Site Plan.
