Box 580 Fort Collins, CO 80522-0580 Mr. Sheppard, I am writing in regards to the KFC/Taco Bell project at the Mulberry/Lemay Crossings development. This letter is in response to your written comments dated 12/4/01 and are as follows: 1. The attached "General Notes" have been added to the site plan. Please see Sht 1 of 4. 2. The site lighting plan has been revised to match the light levels for Filing Two. Please see Sht. E L 1. The site lighting note has also been added to the general notes found on the site plan. Please see Sht. 1 of 4. 3. The signage note has been added to the general notes found on the site plan. Please see Sht. 1 of 4. 4. A parking space at the end of the aisle has been striped to provide a turn -around point for cars at the end of the parking lot. 5. The east -west sidewalk has been aligned with the crosswalk to the east. The cross -walk has beer angled to account for the shift. Please see Sht. 1 of 4. 6. While there were no comments regarding the exterior elevations, copies have been provided as a courtesy. Hopefully, this letter along with the accompanying revised plans has adequately addressed all of your questions and concerns.
