I am writing in regards to the KFC/Taco Bell project at the Mulberry/Lemay Crossings
development. This letter is in response to the written comments from Peter Barnes dated 1/31/02
and are as follows:
1. A keynote has been added to the site plan calling out the striping in the area at the end of
the parking lot. Per your discussion with Doug Brown from our office on 2/6/02 a sign
will not be added to the location. Please see the site plan (Sht. 1 of 4) for the added
keynote.
2. A note has been added to the exterior elevations stating that the signage shown on the
elevations is for illustrative purposes only and that the signage is handled under a
separate permit. Please see the exterior elevations (Shts. 3 of 4 and 4 of 4).
3. A note has been added to the site plan stating that the exact location of the monument
sign is to be approved by the City under a separate permit. Please see keynote #21 on the
revised site plan (Sht. 1 of 4).
Hopefully, this letter and the revised plans have adequately addressed the referenced comments.
If you have any questions or need any additional information please give me a call. We have
passed along the "Information for Development Agreement" to our Client for the requested
information. As soon as it is completed we will forward it onto you. Thank you for your
