Second Reading of Ordinance No. 110, 2016, Annexing Property Adopted on Consent 6-0 Known as the Cache La Poudre River Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado. 3. Public Hearing and Second Reading of Ordinance No. 111, 2016, Adopted on Consent 6-0 Amending the Zoning Map of the City of Fort Collins and Classifying for Zoning Purposes the Property Included in the Cache La Poudre River Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado. 4. First Reading of Ordinance No. 112, 2016, Authorizing Execution Adopted on Consent 6-0 of the Cribari-Gheen/Schuman Amended and Restated Deed of Conservation Easement. 5. First Reading of Ordinance No. 113, 2016, Authorizing the Withdrawn from Conveyance of a Permanent Stormwater Easement on City Consideration Property at the Gardens on Spring Creek to Colorado State University. 6.
