To accomplish this we are requesting Z modifications. I. Reduce the side yard set backs per land use code +8 (E) W from 5' to 0' allowingthe buildingto remain one structure 2. Allow the square footage of both garages per land use code+8 (D) (6)to 6e over the allowed 600 sf. One to be 62.7 sf. and the other 1028 sf. preserving the footprint of structure. We believe repurposingthis building will be better than or equal to the code because: I. Modifyingthe 6uildingwill 6e less disruptive to the neighborhood than tearing the 6uildingdown and re6uildingnew garages. 2.
