Dear Mr. Wareheim: On Thursday, February 19, 2004, at the regular meeting of the City of Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Board, the Board took the following two actions: The Board voted 7 — 0 to approve Mulberry and Lemay Crossings, Filing Two, Lot Two Major Amendment, (Home Depot) #36-961. This includes approval of the Request for Modification to Section 3.5.4(C)(3)(b) — Parking Distribution. 2. The Board voted 7 — 0 to approve Mulberry and Lemay Crossings, Filing Two, Portion of Lot Six, Project Development Plan, (Parking lot for Home Depot) #36-96J. During the discussion of the P.D.P., the Board requested that additional screening along Lemay Avenue be considered to help buffer the parking lot from Lemay Avenue. One suggestion was that this screening be in the form of a low screen wall constructed of materials to match the Home Depot building.
