The project is known as Home Depot at Mulberry and Lemay Crossings Shopping Center. The request is for a Home Depot retail store. As proposed, the store would consist of 102,540 square feet. In addition, there would be a 19,079 garden center for a total store size of 121,619 square feet. The site is located south of the Super Wal-Mart. The site is bounded by Lemay Avenue on the west, Mulberry Street on the south, Magnolia Street on the north, and 12th Street on the east. The parcel is 11.24 acres in size. The front of the store and main parking lot would face west, the garden center would be along Magnolia Street and the delivery and loading dock would be along 12th Street. The meeting will be in the Streets Department "Training Room." Please enter the door on the south side of the building. The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend. If you are unable to attend this meeting, written comments are welcome.
