Dear Resident/Property Owner:
On Thursday, July 21, 2005, at 6:00 p.m., at the City Hall, 300 LaPorte Avenue, Fort Collins, CO.,
80521, the City of Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Board will conduct a public hearing to consider a
development proposal in your area. The project is known as Mulberry and Lemay Crossing, Lot 2,
Centennial Bank — Major Amendment, #36-96N.
This is a request to change the approved plans for an 8,500 s.f. retail building to allow a 4,545 s.f.
bank with four drive -through lanes. The property is located immediately south of Home Depot at the
northeast corner of Lemay Avenue and Mulberry Street and zoned C, Commercial.
Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your interest and input in
this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an important part of the City's review of this proposal. If
you are unable to attend the public hearing, but would like to provide input, written comments are
welcome.
The list of affected property owners for this public meeting is derived from official records of the
Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or
because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free
to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
