subject to the floatable materials regulation. The trash enclosure is in the area
still in the floodplain. Therefore, the trash dumpster and recycle container must
be anchored to the ground or wall so as to not float. Please include -a detail of
this anchoring. An alternative is to move the trash enclosure to an area that was
removed from the floodplain. — REPEAT COMMENT
