The proposed project is commonly known as the Mulberry Lemay Crossing PUD, Buffalo Run Apartments, Final, #36-96C. The applicant is requesting 144 multi -family dwelling units on 8.47 acres; locaced at the southeast corner of Lemay Avenue and Lincoln Avenue. The property is zoned C - Commercial. Both the Planning and Zoning Board and the City Planning Staff consider your input on this matter, as well as your neighbor's input, an extremely important element in the City's review of this proposal. If you are unable to attend the public hearing, but would like to provide input, written comments are welcome. The list of affected property owners for this public information meeting is derived from official records of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between occupancy and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending meeting so all neighbors have the opportunity to attend.
