Dear Dean:
I forgot to mention to add the following note to the Landscape Plan:
"All landscaping shall be installed, or secured with an irrevocable letter of credit, escrow,
performance bond or any other financial instrument acceptable to the City, for 125% of
the value of the landscaping (materials and labor) prior to issuance of a Certificate of
Occupancy for the first building."
