Brisben Companies, Inc. c/o Mr. Scott McFadden 4891 Independence Street, Suite 200 Wheatridge, CO 80233 RE: Mulberry Lemay Crossings P.U.D., Buffalo Run Apartments - Final, #36-96C Dear Sirs: On October 2,1997 the Planning and Zoning Board of the City of Fort Collins approved the above mentioned project with the following condition: 1. Due to the potential or actual limitations on downstream stormwater runoff capacity in existing County development, and the potential impact that such limitations create for the on -site detention pond for this development, and because verification of the actual runoff capacity of the downstream outfall system is pending, the Utility Plans for this development have not been completed. Therefore, this Final P.U.D. approval is conditioned upon the requirement that Final Utility Plans must be prepared by the developer and 4 approved in writing by the Stormwater Utility and the Final Plat and P.U.D. must be properly recorded in accordance with City requirements before layout and density are vested for this development and/or construction site work can commence.
