RE: Letter of Intent for Harvest Park Development
Dear Ron,
The purpose of this letter is to clarify the working relationship between The Writer
Corporation, Poudre School District and the City of Fort Collins — Park Planning
Division for the development of Harvest Park and Harmony Park.
The City parks department will grant temporary construction easements as necessary for
the development of Harvest Park. The easements will be negotiated as needed to
construct Harvest Park Lane and any utilities for the proposed development. The
location of sidewalks and landscaping along the north side of Harvest Park Lane will be
designed and constructed as part of the Harmony Park.
