This should alleviate your concerns in most areas. We have several proposals to further alleviate your concerns for block seven, at the southwest comer of Counry Road Nine and Rock Creek Drive. These include the following. • Address all buildings off Millstone Way • Provide lighted address numerals on the ends of all buildings at Millstone Way indicating which buildings are accessed from that driveway. • Provide lighted address numerals on the rear of each unit by the garage door. •' Provide kiosk sighs at the drive cuts showing a trap of the area with addresses. These would also be lighted. • As with all fire lanes, these would be painted red and signed per PFA standards for fire access. Parking would only be allowed in designated areas. The homeowners association would be responsible for enforcing the no parking restrictions and maintenance of the fire lanes. • All lights would be on photocell and will not be able to be switched off. Attached are graphics illustrating the sign and addressing concepts. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. Sincer , Terence C. Hoaglund A
