H. Natural Resources
• A preliminary grass seed mix has been added to the plans. A final mix will be worked out with
natural resources with the final planting design of the channel.
• A detail of the bike/ped crossing of the channel and other information will be shown with the final
engineering plans.
• The trickle pans in the detention ponds have been eliminated.
• The landscape note language has been added to the plans.
1. Park Planning and Development
• We have met with the parks department and worked out several issues.
• We will continue to work on timing of construction with the parks department.
J. Traffic Operations
• Utility plan issues will be addressed on the utility plans.
• Parking space counts were delineated on the sheet 1 of the previous submittal.
• Minor redlines have been corrected.
• Per Marc Virata of engineering, none of the crosswalks have been eliminated.
• The street names are being worked out with LETA.
• Country Main has been changed to Old Mill Road.
• Signs have not been proposed for the medians.
• The patterned concrete for the traffic circles will not be colored.
• The collector designation for County Fair Lane has been changed to a local designation.
K. Engineering
• The bicycle connection request under CR 9 has been eliminated.
• The Roadway width for Harvest Park Lane has been modified.
• Letters of intent have been forwarded for offsite easements.
• Easements will be corrected with the final plat.
• The inconsistencies with roadway and sidewalk widths have been corrected.
L. Stormwater
• The tree/ stormwater conflict has been resolved by relocating the stormline.
• Other issues will be resolved with the utility plans.
M. Transportation Planning
• Corbett Drive walk widths have been corrected.
• We do not see a need to add additional bike racks in this block. Most bikes will be kept within the
private residences.
• Bike parking has been added to Tract J.
• The walk in question has been changed from 6' to 8'. This is getting to be a lot of concrete!
• Harvest Park Lane cross sections have been corrected.
N. Current Planning Department
1) The CAD layers on sheet one have been cleaned up.
2) Contour lines have been turned off.
3) Road designations have been corrected.

Attached are eight copies of the site plan and plat as requested for the January 5t' hearing. Revisions to
Harvest Park Project Development Plans, revised in response to City staff and agency review comments
dated November 3, 1999 are addressed as follows:
A. LETA
• We have worked out most of the street name changes. Some minor ones may occur with final
compliance plans
B. Advance Planning
• We have extended the bike path west between Old Mill Road and the western property line.
• This segment is the responsibility of Sage Creek.
C. AT&T Cable Service
• There are utility easements located on both sides of the private access drives within the single
family areas. There are areas for the pedestals to be located.
• The areas in questions will be designated as private access, utility and drainage easements on the
final compliance plat.
• The tracts that aren't specifically labeled are mini -parks.

D. Light and Power
• The street trees and lights have been coordinated.
• The storm sewer and lights have been coordinated.
• Meter and transformer locations will be provided prior to final design as part of the construction
