Responding to your comments from Buffalo Run Apartments P.U.D. March 28, 1997 submittal:
1. The downstream conveyance of detained stormwater detention was handled in a meeting
held on May 16,1997. See attached minutes.
2. The new site plan has configured a different area for detention, which has allowed the
necessary volume. The new site plan is also less impervious, therefore the required detention
volume has dropped.
I Offsite grading easements can be acquired at the time of final design. The developer can
produce an agreement to grant such easements.
4. The existing irrigation structure will not be abandoned. This culvert conveys flows across
Lemay Avenue from an upstream borrow ditch. This culvert will still function with Buffalo
Run's developed condition. Upstream flows will be allowed to flow on -site into the borrow
ditch along the south side of Lincoln Avenue, but will not be detained, as they are off -site
contributions.
