This letter is to affirm that the Buffalo Run Apartments P.U.D. is not proposed with street cross -
sections that differ from the City of Fort Collins Standard.
East Lincoln Avenue, East Lemay Avenue and 12th Street will be constructed according to the
City of Fort Collins standard cross section at the time of this submittal.
