This project will provide mixed income rental housing with 86 units both rent and income restricted. In addition, this project has received a reservation for Low Income Housing Tax Credits from the Colorado Housing and Finance Authority. The developer, W.O. Brisben Companies, has applied dk Priority Development Processing for the Buffalo Run Project and been approved by staff. Please facilitate priority development processing for this project.
