PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD MINUTES
JUNE 18, 1998

The meeting was called to order at 6:30 p.m. by Member Gavaldon.
Roll Call: Weitkunat, Gavaldon, Craig. Members Bell, Colton and Davidson were
absent.
Assistant City Attorney Duvall explained that under the Planning and Zoning Board
Bylaws, 4 members are required to attend to have a quorum for a hearing. Since there
is no quorum, there cannot be any action taken on anything before them tonight.
Member Gavaldon moved to adjourn this meeting to the July 16, 1998 hearing at
6:30 p.m. in City Hall Chambers.
Member Weitkunat seconded the motion.
• The motion was approved 3-0.
The meeting was adjourned at 6:35 p.m.
