Lincoln Junior High School 2"d Annexation and Zoning:
1. The Mapping Department offered the following:
a) Please add "school" to the. title.
b) The plat and legal show incorrect distances.
2. The Zoning Department stated that they would "prefer not to see the build-
ing footprint on the annexation plat."
3. The Light and Power stated that "this site is currently served electricity by
Public Service Company. Upon annexation and transfer of electric service to
Fort Collins Light and Power, no service rights fees would apply."
As you are aware, all school annexations .are scheduled for the April 2, 1998,
Planning and Zoning Board hearing and will be considered by the City Council
(first reading) on April 21, 1998. Attached are the staff reports for each annexa-
tion that were distributed to members of the Planning and Zoning Board.

City staff has reviewed the proposed annexations and zonings for the Mountain
View School Annexation and Zoning, Lincoln Junior High 1st Annexation and
Zoning and Lincoln Junior High 2"d. Annexation and Zoning. . We have minor
comments to offer. Changes to the annexation plats should be completed prior
to submitting the mylars for signature and recording (following the second read-
ing by City Council.) Attached are redlined plans for the three proposed annexa-
tions.
Mountain View School Annexation and Zoning:
1. The Mapping Department offered the following:
a) Please add "school' to the title.
b) Please check the acreage calculation.
2. The Zoning Department stated that they would "prefer not to see the build-
ing footprint on the annexation plat."
3. The Light and Power stated that "this site is currently served electricity by
Public Service Company. Upon annexation and transfer of electric service to
Fort Collins Light and Power, no service rights fees would apply."
Lincoln Junior High School 1st Annexation and Zoning:
1. The Mapping Department offered the following:
a) Please add "junior high" to the title.
b) There is an incorrect bearing in the legal description.
