On Monday, September 10 at 4:30 P.M. or as soon thereafter as possible, in
Conference Room A, 281 N. College Ave.*, the City of Fort Collins Administrative
Hearing Officer will conduct an Administrative Hearing for a development proposal in
your neighborhood.
This project is known as the Maple Hill Third Replat, Project Development Plan, #29-
OOK. This is a request to replat Tract C and Lots 5 and 6 of Block 2 of the Maple Hill
Subdivision. The purpose of this replat is to accommodate an existing irrigation well so
that it can remain operational to serve the non -potable irrigation system that serves the
subdivision. The proposal is to move Lots 5 and 6 of Block 2 of the Maple Hill
subdivision approximately 30 feet west to accommodate the existing irrigation well,
which in turn will reconfigure Tract C, which will remain a utility, drainage and open
space easement.
The property is located on the north side of Ballard Lane, in the Maple Hill Subdivision,
generally located at Turnberry Lane and Maple Hill Drive. This proposal is in the LMN,
Low Density Mixed -Use Neighborhood Zoning District and is subject to the standards
set forth in the Fort Collins Land Use Code.
The affected property owners list for this public hearing is derived from official records
of the Larimer County Assessor. Because of the lag time between home occupancy
and record keeping, or because of rental situations, a few affected property owners
may have been missed. Please feel free to notify your neighbor of this pending
meeting so all neighbors may have the opportunity to attend.
