RE: Maple Recreation Center
Project Development Plan
Dear Mr. Shepard,
Please find below the clarification we are including on our resubmittal for Maple Hill
Recreation Center, as per the conditions set up by the Hearing Officer.
The Neighborhood Center shall include two uses:
1. A Neighborhood Pool Complex with a fenced pool, and a changing room facility; and
2. Two Mixed -Use Dwelling Units abutting the Neighborhood Pool Complex. Each
dwelling unit shall include a minimum of 200 square feet of non-residential use. Uses
allowed are those defined in the City of Fort Collins Land Use Code, Chapter
4.4(B)(2)(c)3. The Mixed —Use dwellings shall be constructed as part of Phase One of
the Project Development Plan (PDP) for Parcel C.
Fulfillment of Neighborhood Center requirements mentioned in item number two is now the
obligation of Maple Hill Project Development Plan (PDP), Parcel C.
