b) The numbers for the single-family and duplex lots on the Land Use
table have been corrected.
c) Block 23 is single- family.
d) Sheet 1 of 11 references Sheets 2 and 3 which show the Site Plan
at a larger scale where labeling is shown larger and in more detail.
