Subject: Maple Hill Landscape Plans for Tract K and Tract H (Replat Tract A)
Dear Ted:
In keeping with approval condition #1 for the Maple Hill, First Replat Project
Development Plan (#29-OOH), please find with this letter the detailed landscape plan
submittal for Tracks A and K.
It is my understanding that these plans will be reviewed during the Final Plan process to
assure that the landscape layout sufficiently buffers the proposed development from
Turnberry Road and the existing properties to the west.
The entire landscape plan set for the south half of the Maple Hill project (phases 1, 2, and
3) will be submitted to you for review in the coming several days.
