RE: Maple Hill - Minor Amendment One and First Replat.
The re -submittal includes the following:
1) Replatting of the following blocks
Block 17 ( Block 1 of Maple Hill First Replat ). Lot widths adjusted and one lot

Block 22: (Block 2 of Maple Hill First Replat). Lot widths adjusted and one lot

Block 29: (Block 3 of Maple Hill First Replat). Lot widths adjusted and one lot
added.
2) Blocks 23, 25 and 26 are to remain as Single Family lots per the layout
and sizes approved at Final Compliance and will not proceed as alley type
lots.
The above changes cancel the previously submitted, First, Second and Third
Replats and creates one First Replat (see attached graphic). The changes also
cancel any previously submitted Minor Amendments.
In addition:
3) Tract H becomes Tract A of Maple Hill First Replat.
4) Single Family and duplex designations have been readjusted. See
revised PDP Residential Density Table, Maple Hill, Minor Amendment,

5) The Landscape Plans have been readjusted to allow for one street tree
per lot. See Landscape Plan, Maple Hill, Minor Amendment ,Final
Landscape Plan, Sheets 4 and 5 of 11.
