Dear Mr. Quillin:
I have reviewed your proposal for two points of access for your property in the proximity
of Conifer Street and Redwood Street. Conceptually, I can say that this proposal can
meet the two point of access requirement. However, this proposal does not appear to
meet other planning and engineering criteria such as connectivity to the east and street
centerline radius for the "loop road". With that in mind, I can not commit to this design
until a full design is submitted.
In addition, the proposed access point to the south has not be constructed from The
Meadows development (See attached figure). Finally, the new State Highway 14 is
proposed to be constructed just south of your property. It is just a proposal, but if it were
built it may effect your southern access point (See attached figure for approximate
location of State Highway 14).
If you have any questions do not hesitate to call me at 221-6605. Thanks.
Sincere ,
