understand so they can see exactly what is happening to their private drive and
access points. There should be separate sheets detailing what happens where.

Following are my comments plus Storm water's comment.
Storm Water:
Drainage Report.
Please provide 3 signed and stamped copies of the drainage report for approval.
Erosion control:
One or more previous comments have not been addressed. Please do so.
If this project is to be built in phase, each phase must have a stand alone
sediment/erosion control plan.
Third Review:
Same comments as last time
delete Larimer County Street Design Standard Notes under " Grading and
Erosion Control" Place City of Fort Collins standard erosion control notes on the
erosion control sheets.
Please provide ditch company signatures ( Baker lateral and Windsor Reservoir
Company) on the plans prior to submittal of mylars.
ENGINEERING COMMENTS;
1. Need to submit all costs estimates and signed right-of-way and easement
dedications with Mylar submittal
2. Typical comment= many pages still have text and line weights that overlap
and/or text is to small to read.
3. Page 98 / 130 - enlarge text in street cross section
b. Carry sidewalk straight through without dip to curb ramp. Extend curb
ramp walk to meet through walk.
c. Provide better/more detail at private drive and street grades,
