The undersigned are all signatories to the Final Plat of Maple Hill and/or Maple Hill First
Replat, situate in the Northwest Quarter of Section 32, TBN, R68W of the 6th P.M., City of
Fort Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado. The undersigned hereby request the
first administrative one year extension of the term of the vested property right as provided
for under Sections 2.2.11(D)(3) and (4) of the City of Fort Collins Land Use Code. The
Maple Hill Final Plat Planning Certificate was executed by the Director of Planning on
September 9, 2003.
