None of these plans delineate the canal right-of-way. The canal right-of-way needs to be
clearly shown and listed as an exclusive right-of-way. The right-of-way needs to be 30
feet of useable space in width from the top of the bank. This is best done by making the
canal right-of-way a separate lot.
