data summary table.
5. Add Rear FAR (overall building square footage on rear half of lot divided by rear lot
size) in the site data summary.
6. Provide the unit and bedroom numbers in the site data summary.
7. For the entire duplex, add parking spaces required (4) and parking spaces
provided (4).
8. Add overall building height.

02/09/2017: SPRINKLER REQUIREMENT
The city building department has approved a variance to the duplex sprinkler
requirement with the addition of 1 hour horizontal fire separation between the two
units. The common, exit stairway and unit doors at the rear of the house shall also
require fire separation as determined by the building department (1 hour walls and
20 min. doors).
