On sheets 2, 3, and 4, please state that these antennas are "Facade Mount" and state that the 9. antennas are arranged in three groups of three. This concludes the comments for 425 West Prospect Road, -.Holiday Inn. For all projects, please re -submit three sets of revised plans. Be sure to date the revised plans accordingly. A site inspection revealed that there is already an array of 12 antennas (three groups of four) on this existing tower: Are these antennas the U.S. West Wireless antennas that are the subject of this request? .If so, then these antennas have been installed in violation of the City of Fort Collins Wireless Telecommunications Ordinance. If not, then these antennas must be shown on the elevation sheet, along with all the other existing equipment on the tower, including dishes, whips, etc. The elevation sheet must indicate the location of the. new antennas in relationship to the existing equipment, including vertical separation. B. Both the City approval block and the ownership block need to be redone as per the enclosed example. Be sure to provide the address of the notary. C. Please correct the zoning to "Downtown." D. Please label the sheets one of two and two of two and correct the index. E. Why is the site titled "CSU' under "Site Information" when, in fact, it is not located on CSU property? .This is confusing due to the fact that we work with CSU on many projects that are indeed located on CSU property. F. Please state, in large bold type, "Wireless Telecommunications Equipment - Administrative Review . - 124 West Magnolia. G. Please add one seven gallon container deciduous shrub to fill in the gap on the north side of the chainlink fence. Shrub should be of the same variety as the existing hedge. H. Please indicate that the "Proposed PCS Cabinets" is the Base Transceiver Station. Please indicate material and color and dimensions. Color should be to match the building. On the elevation sheet, please indicate the proposed PCS antennas are arranged in an array of three or four groupings and the total number. The following comments are offered: 1300 West Swallow Road - Rocky Mountain High School A. On the site plan, please indicate that the proposed "equipment and pad location" contains a "base transceiver station" that is housed in. a metal cabinet. Indicate the dimensions and color of the B. Delete the approval block off the elevation sheet. J. Ownership and notary signatures should be in a permanent black ink, not blue ball point, on the mylar only.
