BUILDING INSPECTION
9. See attached written comments.
One full-size set and one 8.5 x 11 set of PDP plans will be sufficient for the re -
submittal of this project. Contact Voneen Macklin or Ginger Dodge to set up an
appointment to re -submit. Please re -submit by June 20, 2001 to make the July
19`h Planning and Zoning Board meeting.
A PowerPoint slide presentation is typically prepared for each project that goes to
Planning and Zoning Board, even those projects likely to be on the consent
agenda. Is it possible to provide the photo -simulations in PowerPoint? We
would also like to have the site plan in PowerPoint if possible. The slides must
be submitted to Ginger Dodge by July 11, 2001.
Please contact me about scheduling neighborhood meetings for this
request and the Fort Collins High, and Poudre High WTE applications.
Thank you for your cooperation. If you have further questions, please don't
hesitate to call me at 970.416.2138 or via email at bgrubb(dfcgov.com.

Rocky Mountain High School
Wireless Telecommunications Equipment
File # 11-97H
Dear Mr. Dewhirst:
The Development Review Team has completed its review of the above -
mentioned project and offers the following comments:
CURRENT PLANNING (Redlines Attached)
1. Section 2.2.11 of the Land Use Code requires that an applicant submit
revisions based on this letter within 90 days or the project application
becomes null and void. Your response to the City's concerns is due by
September 6, 2001. A 30-day extension to this deadline is available. All
requests for an extension should be directed to the Current Planning Director.
If remaining issues are those that do not require plan revisions, a status
report verifying continuing efforts toward resolving the issues is required
within the same timeline.
2. Modification for Chain -Link Fence — Chain -link fence is not allowed per city
code. You may want to change the style of fence to meet city standards or
request a modification. If you choose a modification, a letter justifying such
modification is required. The letter should explain how the modification meets
the criteria for approval listed in Section 2.8(H)(1)-(3). The letter should
accompany your re -submittal.
3. Landscaping — Landscaping should be provided per Section 3.8.13(C)(4) of
the LUC. The landscaping information may be included on the site and utility
plan.
4. Please see the redlines for Fort Collins High School and Poudre High School
for general comments regarding format, content, organization and
presentation of graphic information.
