In reference to your Staff Review Comment letter dated October 25, 1999, Nextel Communications respectfully requests the available thirty (30) day extension for re -submittal. The reason for the extension is that it has taken longer than normal to analyze the carton design and develop a support structure that mirrors the existing structures as close as possible. I have reviewed and appreciate the comments included in you letter- I will make the necessary revisions to the drawings and ro-submit upon start of construction of the school's new light structure which will be commenced within the thirty day extension period Plm,;c foci free to call me with any additional questions or concerns. Denver, CO 80237 Dear Mr. Robinson: This is in response to your January 18, 2000 letter requesting an extension of the time period for submitting revisions for the proposed telecommunication equipment at French Field in Fort Collins. Currently, revisions are due on January 25, 2000. Recognizing your continued efforts to complete the design of this project, a 30 day extension will be granted as allowed in Section 2.2.11(A) of the Land Use Code. Based on this extension, revisions will be due in our office no later than February 25, 2000 or your application will automatically lapse and become null and void.
