1 haven't completed my review on Bella Vista yet (1 /15 discussion), but from what I've seen so far the
plans are in much better shape, I'd lean towards hearing, but.....
My concern though is that we still have not received a letter of intent from the Aspen Leaf Apartment
owners. This has been an ongoing outstanding issue that to my knowledge has not been addressed and I
would not feel comfortable scheduling until it's in place.

Please see the attached agenda for tomorrow morning's staff review meeting. We only have two agenda
items, but will also be setting the agenda for the February 6 P&Z hearing --we'll need to discuss which
items are truly ready to be scheduled. We've tenatively placed the Bella Vista PDP on the agenda; this
would normally be a Type I review, but the applicant has not placed sufficient use restrictions on the
project, thus the P&Z review.
Note to Natural Resources: please be in attendance when we determine whether the Interstate Lands
Modification is ready to be scheduled.
