A tract of land located in the SW1/4 of Section 25, T7N, R69W of the 6th P.M., in the City of Ft.
Collins, County of Larimer, State of Colorado, described as follows:
COMMENCING at the Southwest Corner of said Section 25, from which the S1/4 Corner of said
Section 25 bears S89°51'02"E, 2665.22 feet, thence S89051'02"E, 1881.35 feet along the South
Line of the SW1/4 of said Section 25 to the Southeasterly Corner of STRACHAN SUBDIVISION,
