RE: Connell Resources Property, Harmony/I-25, Annexation and Zoning
Advance Planning Staff recommends a general approach as shown on the enclosed diagram. The
recommendations are based on the City Structure Plan and Harmony Corridor Plan for this special gateway
landscape. It looks like some special standards or conditions will need to be included in an annexation
agreement, zoning conditions, or possibly even a new zone district. Any of these will, of course, require
careful coordination between City departments and the property owners.
