RE: Lincoln and Lemay / Rezoning Application
Dear Cameron,
We would like to pull our rezoning application for this property.
After meeting with the East Mulberry Corridor committee and Advance Planning a
number of times, I was hopeful that the East Mulberry Corridor plan, in its final form,
would be consistent with our rezoning application, but such is not the case.
I was hopeful about this because the Advance Planning staff was open-minded and
supportive of my logic about this at one time, but this support has waned.
Accordingly, Pete Wray suggested that I request a cancellation of our rezoning
application and a refund of our fee, which I am now doing.
Thank you for your consideration of this under these unique circumstances.
