While this is a positive aspect from the Stormwater management perspective, it does result in less landscaping along Lemay. Would the applicant consider making up for this reduction in plant material by adding in random clusters of the smaller or narrower varieties of Spruce trees? Perhaps clusters of Bacheri, Hoopsi or Iseli Fastigiate could be planted between the groups of Ornamentals to contribute to the streetscaping along North Lemay Avenue.
