These need to be re -reviewed prior to mylar. 7 Comment Number: 4 Comment Originated: 02/24/2016 02/24/2016: The drainage report specifies that standard water quality is not needed due to the site treating 100 percent of the site with a LID technique. The calculations show that water quality is still being provided in the main detention basin. Please revise so the report is consistent. Comment Number: 5 Comment Originated: 02/24/2016 02/24/2016: LID sizing calculations are required in the drainage report to verify that the bio-swales and the bio-retention ponds are sized correctly for the area draining to them. Also, the LID exhibit should help clarify not only how each basin is being treated with multiple treatments, but verify that these treatments were sized appropriately. Comment Number: 6 Comment Originated: 02/24/2016 02/24/2016: The pre -sedimentation basins just north of the large quantity detention basin is required to function as a bio-retention basin to count as LID treatment. This would include an underdrain system that drains into the large detention basin. Comment Number: 8 Comment Originated: 02/24/2016 02/24/2016: The stationing on the storm sewer plan and profiles has some inconsistencies between plan and profile. Please revise. Comment Number: 9 Comment Originated: 02/24/2016 02/24/2016: The City would like to discuss the LID treatment in the right-of-way. This is not required for the little impervious area in Basin M and N. It also may be best to not include the sumps in this location. Comment Number: 10 Comment Originated: 02/24/2016 02/24/2016: Please add a detention pond summary table to the proposed drainage plan. Comment Number: 11 Comment Originated: 02/24/2016 02/24/2016: Please revise the detention basin outlet structure to not include water quality. Please revise pond sizing calculations. Comment Number: 3 Comment Originated: 02/24/2016 02/24/2016: The void space in the gravel at the bottom of the quantity detention basin cannot be used for volume. The void space would eventually fill with sediment without a filtering device. Void space can be counted for quantity detention in porous pavement systems due to the filtering top layer of the paver section. Another reason the volume cannot be counted is due to this lower section not having a gravity outfall. 5 Construction shah comply with the following adopted codes as amended: 2012 International Building Code (IBC) 2012 International Residential Code (IRC) 2012 International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) 2012 International Mechanical Code (IMC) 2012 International Fuel Gas Code (IFGC) 2012 International Plumbing Code (IPC) as amended by the State of Colorado 2014 National Electrical Code (NEC) as amended by the State of Colorado Fort Collins has amendments to most of the codes listed above.
