RE: Ridgeview Classical School Transportation Impact Study
Dear Mr. Trampe:
The City has determined that an updated transportation impact study for Ridgeview Classi-
cal School is not required. This determination is based on the following items as discussed
with Eric Bracke.
1. The earlier study sufficiently addresses increases. in future enrollment.
2. Some of the recommended improvements contained in the earlier study have been
implemented and have resulted in a noticeable improvement in traffic conditions.
Other recommendations can be implemented in the future if deemed necessary.
3. The City has observed traffic conditions at the beginning and end of school on nu-
merous occasions. Based on these observations, the City has determined that con-
ditions are at least comparable, and perhaps better than most other schools.
