Good morning,
Since there didn't appear to be any opposition last night to the In -Situ project we need to be ready to move
quickly with the Final Compliance Plans submital. Here is what I know so far. Northstar will submit FCP
around January 5th or 6th in paper copy form. The City will provide a two week turn around and meet with
the applicants and Northstar at our normal Wednesday Review meeting. Hopefully, we can proceed to
Mylar after the meeting. In the mean time I will be working on the development agreement, construction
and excavation permits.
I understand this is a compressed time frame and certainly appreciate everyone's willing to help expedite
this project.
