Dear Director;
This letter is to serve as our statement as the Owners of the above noted property
that we will provide all necessary easements that accompany this Development.
It is my understanding at this time that the City is not anticipating the need for
additional easement or Right -of -Ways due to this Development. In the event that this
situation would change we will acquire the prescribed easement and/or Right -of Ways
that the City has determined to be necessary for this project to Develop and maintain the
health, welfare, and safety of the site users and the general public.

Letter of Intent as per Ability to Acquire
Off -Site Easements and Rights -of -Way
The property Owners agree that they are able to acquire any and all off -site easements
and rights -of -way needed to provide for this property prior to the time of final
development plan submission.
