It is my understanding at this time that the City is not anticipating the need for additional easement or Right -of -Ways due to this Development. In the event that this situation would change we will acquire the prescribed easement and/or Right -of Ways that the City has determined to be necessary for this project to Develop and maintain the health, welfare, and safety of the site users and the general public.
