There is to be no public open space associated with this project.
The private open space of this project will be maintained by the property owner and its successors.

STREET NAMES
No new names for streets are required by this project. The existing streets that service the property are W. Vine Drive and N.
Shields St.
NEIGHBORHOOD MEETING
The project was presented to the Neighborhood. There were no concerns of neighbors that needed to or addressed by this
application.
EASEMENTS
No additional R.O.W. or easements are required to be acquired by the property to develop. All required R.O.W. and easements
for the two public R.O.W.'s, South Shields Street and West Vine Drive have been provided to the City. There is a current
easement adjacent to the west property line with the Smoker Friendly C-Store. The easement is in favor of Verizon Wireless and
provides access and location of a tower and support building. This easement is to remain and is respected by this application. If
R.O.W's and easements are not complete, they will be transferred to the City with the Minor Plat provided with this application.
